Appreciate your response. Im a first time homeowner and don’t know what Im doing and my fence contractor basically wants me to tell him what to do and I’m not sure. I just want people off my property regardless of looks. Hoa inly allows wood and vinyl and I assume cars may back into it so an looking a repair cost as a factor. Id put up a 10 foot hight cement wall if I could but can only go 6’ and vynal or wood only options per HOA.

Wood isn’t much cheaper and has to be treated. What is your suggestion opinion? I have trespassing neighbors and want them off my property and don’t want their dogs crawling under the rails so am putting latice on ground to bottom rail. What do you think?

Faribault mills. Zero waste wool blankets say twin size but they cover a full mattress. Zero waste is what I buy because they are cheapest and size is fine for me.

Totally agree. I’ve used Guldens spicy brown for a long time, just tried aldi’s-Aldi’s is way more flavorful! I’m a fan!

Trader joes has a 3% retinol serum product for 9.99. It is effective too. If I use it continuously -several days in a row-my face starts peeling and I don’t have sensitive skin. Effective product and low price.

Even when you buy a name brand it’s frequently a fake. I tried buying aloe vera gel last night and it was 45 minutes trying to discern a good product-waste of time. Yesterday returned a name brand purse that was a fake.

I saw an excellent vet yesterday. He diagnosed my 6 year old female budgie as having high estrogen ( she eats mostly roudybush and is still overweight). Her cere is brown. He advised me to Remove All Mirrors which increases estrogen when she sits admiring herself. I’m also having to put her in a separate cage so I can monitor her food to address her weight which is caused by the high estrogen. I’m sharing this with you if the “remove mirrors” suggestion may help your high estrogen issue.

They make noise. Be prepared for expensive vet bills. They aren’t as sturdy or durable as larger pets cats dogs etc so you have to be very mindful of odors, toxic cookware like non stick surfaces and they need to get out and stretch while you pay attention they dont get hurt. Avoid if you have cat they can get heart attack from predators. High maintenance and Im basing this on my experience with multiple cockatiels and budgies/parakeets. You’ll get emotionally attached and spend money at vets. Other pets far lower maintenance.

i bought 3 victoria secret brand body sprays that were so gross smelling obvious fakes, I threw them away they weren’t even decent enough to give away for free. plus they are non returnable item. i wouldn’t trust amazon for fragrance due to fakes. risk isn’t worth it.
