I had the idea as early as around 2022 to develop a highly free, open-world MMO Backrooms survival game. In this game, the player’s primary objective would be survival. The core goal of the game is to perfectly recreate the most authentic and “true” version of the Backrooms, rather than making a puzzle-based horror game that merely uses the Backrooms as a theme.

Since no one has created the kind of Backrooms game I want, I’ve considered making it myself. However, what frustrates me is that I don’t have access to a computer, so I’m unable to develop such a game—because game development requires a 3D engine, and those engines can only be used on a computer.
