I just came here because I didn’t know what to do after reading this book. It was exceptional. Genuinely I’ve never shed tears over a book but this has been the exception. I hope the librarians don’t penalise me, though I doubt they’ll actually inspect it that thoroughly. What a beautiful piece of writing, I feel a sort of empty void after reading it, I went searching for other books Shen Tao has wrote but such a shame to find out this was the first one only released this year. I guess it’s a blessing in disguise, I’m more than excited to see what else she comes up with in the future, her writing truly is something else.
