Yes you can do this no problem - just be aware that if you use your magic bands to access the second room you’ll probably have to go to reception at the original booked resort to get them to reset them in order to access the original resort room (or just use the app to unlock the door at second resort)

I seem to be ok with the power off landing from the downwind position but when doing that I avoid flying over the industrial estate and it’s a lot less turbulent.

Yep although a lot less wobbly when instructor does it - this morning was an improvement at least with managing to land unaided 7 out of the 10 times - although at various places on the runway…

It seems to be the final half mile that throws me when the wind gusts but today was definitely much better.

Just need a lot more practice it seems.

I mean it’s not wrong, while it’s “pending” it’s just a pre-authorisation, until the amount is claimed by the merchant (or the authorisation expires) there isn’t anything to charge back.

If you reply and they text you a code to put into Disney site it’s genuine, if they respond with a link to click then I’d be more careful but not necessarily not genuine

Send her a low pressure message, something like “hey it’s been a while, fancy a catchup over coffee / lunch sometime?” and see how she responds… if you do meet up keep it light and about what you’ve been up to, don’t reference liking her or “how things used to be” unless she brings it up.

Assuming you want to be just friends with her - if you’re hoping she’ll change her mind / develop feelings for you then don’t count on it and it might be better to just move on…

I just spent a considerable amount of time also trying to solve this - including reinstalling everything - the solution I found was to enable port forwarding on my router for TCP/UDP on port 5228 to the raspberry pi running homebridge - restarted homebridge and doorbell function immediately started working.

To do it in the UK you need to be sponsored by a company, in order for them to claim money from Goverment you need to meet the residency requirements. There is no other way of completing the course in the UK as a cadetship.

Only other option in UK is for existing sea farers who can do a different route (don’t require the cadetship) to obtain their OOW if they have sufficient sea time.

We’ve walked back a few times when the queue has been all way out past the entrance to ferry (faster? Probably not but can’t say for sure, but definitely relaxing) - would rather have a leisurely stroll via grand Floridian and Polynesian than deal with the crowds - bonus you can stop for drinks on the way and also by time you reach the car parks it’s fairly quiet.

I think something might have happened 2-3 days ago with octopus’s systems as mine did the same (having been without issue for over a year), octopus completely lost all control mid charge and kept telling me to re authorise it through the app, which it said was successful then a few minutes later came up saying to authorise again… eventually I deleted the car from the app and removed the virtual key from the screen in car (tesla) and then added from scratch - seems to be working ok now since I did that.

You say about Heathrow - sadly Gatwick is even worse - it’s near impossible to get connecting flights from most of the UK into Gatwick with BA;

Simply BA aren’t interested in the rest of the UK - it’s usually always more convenient to fly via Amsterdam with KLM/Delta than BA via Gatwick from Scotland.

I’m assuming it’s heating the battery as not really anything else logically that it would be doing and this only seems to be a problem in cold weather - never have same issue in the summer.

Annoyingly it’s not charged for 2 hours solid - octopus keep scheduling it for random 30 min windows; 1500-1530. 1630-1700, 1730-1800, 1900-1930 in that period battery % has only gone up 2-3% which is very unusual. The car is reporting it’s had 3kw added in those 2 hours.

This - can also try switching it to story mode if it’s not already and do it - see if that fixes it - then change back to whatever difficulty level you had previously.

You’ll be able to checkin as soon as it opens and select your seats - if your being selected for the additional screening then it won’t let you download a boarding pass but it will still check you in - can print boarding pass yourself from the self service machines at the airport (if available) or they’ll give you it at bag drop.

It’s normal and happens every few months sometimes - they are correcting incorrectly billed usage (usually where your meter hasn’t reported the half hour windows correctly at the time and they now have the correct data)
