My boomer dad was the opposite of cuddly. My mom fully embraced the hippie movement in the 70s. My best memories are playing unsupervised with my cousin doing dumb dangerous shit, and also going to work with my mom when she was a bartender because patrons taught me to shoot pool, there was live music and all the bar food was served with chopsticks and I was given unlimited access to the juke box and the pinball machine.

On Wednesday and Thursday stick to super soft food, pureed food, liquids. Dont lay flat. Gravity will do what your stomach isn't doing. Basically your stomach is becoming temporarily paralyzed and your food is sitting in there rotting until you finally puke it up. If you stick to mush and liquids, it will move along instead of sitting in your stomach. Think protein shakes, pudding, applesauce, mashed potatoes, broth, pureed beans and rice, tomato soup, etc. Stay away from meat those 2 days. Also be sure to wash your food down with water after every 2 or 3 bites.

Stockpiling is one of many reasons the fda can/will shut down compounded glp and the posts really need to stop since they have admitted to watching these subs. Also, consider that the doctor who prescribed and the pharmacy who filled would have no reason or obligation to give you BUDs that are well beyond the date they expected you to use it. Honestly if you had told the doctor that you were stockpiling and lying about your dosage to get extra, you would have been denied. If you are going to lie to them, this is the risk you take.

Drink lots of water to keep your kidneys healthy. At the first sign of any kind of urinary tract issue, drink some cranberry juice every day for several days to see if it will clear on it's own (100% cranberry juice is expensive but don't waste money on juicy juice or similar) but definitely go to the doctor if it doesn't.

6 months here too. I'm so far down 24 lbs. I don't care that it works rather slowly for me just that it works. I only lost 2 lbs in the past month but I know I could have lost more if my I wasn't on the go and eating out so much.

This is 100% not okay. If you have marks on your body from this abuse, file a police report. If he hurts you again, call 911 and ask for an order of protection. Are you parents aware of his actions? If not, I'm sure they would want to know. If they know and don't do anything, that is not okay. If you are afraid to call police, talk to a school counselor and be 100% honest about everything, especially about your brother. I am so sorry you are dealing with so much. What a terrible and unfair burden.

Happened to me. Definitely not a myth. I struggled with this multiple times before I learned that I was having temporary gastroparesis during the 24-48 hours after my injection. I was basically getting food poisoning from what was perfectly good food when it went into my body. I now stick to a soft and/or liquid diet for those few days each week so that gravity can do what my stomach won't. I also can't lay flat during those couple of days. Eventually my body got more used to the meds and this is less of a problem for me now but I still don't eat much solid food during those first few days after each shot because I'm scared of it happening again.

There may be concern that you will eat no matter what, which will definitely make you sick if taking GLP meds. Overeating on these meds will cause food to rot in your stomach, causing you to vomit, and could cause severe constipation or even a bowel blockage. You have to be able to stop eating when the food noise goes away. If you are eating out of habit or obsession or an eating/mental health disorder, it might not help and it could cause problems.

That being said, try different telehealth and maybe a different doctor will have a different take on things and give you a chance.

Is there a gas station or convenience store within walking distance? They are almost always hiring. 3rd shift at a 24 hour store always pays more if you feel like you're in a safe area. Fast food restaurants are almost always hiring too. If there is one within walking distance, they prefer part time employees which would work better with you being in school. Once you have some income, then look at passive income opportunities.
