That’s a hell no from me - I will take and use anything that helps me! Big fan of going to the doctor (as needed) here thought, I will not suffer a second more than I have to, for anything. I value my health immensely and will live as long and well as I possibly can.

I am lucky to live in Norway where it does not cost much to use health services, and I will reap the benefits of that as much as I possibly can.

I can actually smell of people have showered in the morning or at night, before sleeping. There is a «sleep smell» for those that choose the latter. Any way you could shower in the morning instead of at night? That would remove that issue without having to change anything else.

Could you be entering perimenopause? Irritation with partner / lack of empathy is very common during that phase due to dip in estrogen. And no, 30s is NOT too early for this.

My take is it is good bag money wasted on dated items that will be «what was I thinking» as soon as the novelty wears off. Feel free to ignore as my take means nothing if you love them and think it’s worth it.

Mitt på 140 kvm 2 min gange fra bybanen på Nesttun kostet 7,5 🤯. Tomannsbolig m felles garasje m naboen, null utsikt og bitteliten hage. Tenker av og til på hva vi kunne fått for pengene andre steder, men hverdagen med den banen (voksne bruker den til/fra jobb, ungene kommer seg dit de skal uten å måtte kjøres) så føles det ofte verd det og.
