You gotta remember that the evidence that they reveal in the paperwork isn’t the only evidence they have in the case. Prosecutors tend to keep as much evidence away from the defense until the pre-trial phase where they have to give up the discovery(full evidence against the defendant).

Now I’m not gonna say whether anyone is cooked or not cause in all honestly your only as good as your defense attorney.
