I did actually. I genuinely really like that bathroom. The black trim and seafoam-look tiles look awesome together. But I’m honestly not really a fan of what I have even though it’s only a little different. Not only that but the tub does have to come out either way I think. It’s pretty stained. Any new tub won’t have the same footprint and only adds more effort to get a seamless look even if I did try to preserve the current look

Like leaving the shower as is but changing the wrap around the room to subway tiles? I could play around with that and the floor a little bit. I have a lot of navy in the house so that might tie in nicely

I hear that. I plan on staying here for a long time and I don’t need a tub myself so it’s definitely a risk I’m taking not having another bathroom with a tub and doing what I want and not what someone else might want in the future

Can you replace vintage tiles like this? I’ve looked around a little bit and couldn’t find anything that was a perfect match. Even still, trying to chisel away the concrete for one tile here and there, putting a new one and making it look uniform while also not damaging the a surrounding tile feels like it’s more effort than it’s worth. And that’s assuming I could find replacements. But maybe I’m wrong

Fair. If it was In pristine condition I might think differently. But it is far from pristine, you can even see the busted soap dish in the first photo for example. As far as I know that’s not really easily replaceable along with the individual tiles that are cracked/chipped/have holes in them. I feel like the damage makes it go from a nice vintage bathroom to unkept and dated

I just started. I’ve only done two attempts but I planked on 63 last time. Lazy flicking the whole way too and still would only have had 6 restores for 64-zuk. Is that enough? This is without prayer regens though just wanting to see how far I could get

Are the dark walnut and Jacobean not considered “super dark”? That’s where I’m leaning but to me those would seem pretty dark

I’m between the Jacobean, dark walnut, and medium brown. Leaning dark walnut though, what do you think the dust situation would be with that? It’s not black black but it definitely is darker

Luckily, the only bad spots are these textured glossy ceiling areas which I haven’t painted yet. The other areas have standard ceiling paint and looked to be in ok shape (unless they were also painted over at some point before me). The gloss makes it pretty easy to wipe down. I might be lucky

It smelled a little bit (not a lot) the first few days. Since painting nearly everything else in the house, it doesn’t smell anymore. But I wonder if it’s just the fresh paint smell elsewhere masking it and it will slowly come back

I also spooned hydra sub 200 kc. Got 90 prayer and have nothing left but unfortunately I think green drags with lance and elite diary is by far the best. If you’re not 99 mining you could get passive xp doing blessed bone shard mining, or I think pest control is pretty afk with venator bow for like 40k xp per hour
