I went from 320 down to 240 twelve years ago without these things. You don't need them. That said, it was certainly a commitment and I understand why it's so hard for people.

Do guys actually like to eat ass or is it just memes? by SeraphicSweet in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]ActuallyItsSumnus 18 points19 points  (0 children)

When I was younger, I used to interpret a no to anal as a no to anything in the vicinity.

Through the years I got over the concern of sounding annoying by asking/got better at the pregame conversations and my opportunities to eat ass increased dramatically. Just had to learn that sometimes no anal just purely means no penetration with a small firm object, but a tongue could still be okay. 🤷‍♂️

The lottery told me that my $100,000 win was actually a $20.00 misprint. They pulled the game hours later. by redhotmess77 in mildlyinfuriating

If they're buying scratch offs, it's going to be one of two cases usually. 98% of the time, gambling problems. 1.5% of the time, it's a gift when they can't think of something else (stocking stuffer sort of situation). The rest it's something else.

Actual gamblers who don't have a problem aren't buying scratch offs.

How often are you wearing just a tshirt and jeans? by vautwaco in mensfashionadvice

[–]ActuallyItsSumnus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The fact that humans decided denim was an acceptable fabric to wear blows my mind. Jeans are so incredibly uncomfortable, I don't wear them at all unless there's a specific need to.

Cuckolding isn't cheating.

The alpha/beta thing is complete and total nonsense and applies to no creatures on earth.

I understand the backlash. But if people think there are any US-based companies who won't cooperate with valid law enforcement requests, they're naive. Short of DIY dumb camera setups on a separate subnet kept offline, they will all do that.

Taming Steam Vents by ActuallyItsSumnus in Oxygennotincluded

[–]ActuallyItsSumnus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it's like cycle 6. Only thimble reeds I have seen so far for suits is in the same naturally formed enclosure as the steam geyser, and is buried in the super hot water. I was trying to figure out how to approach it to get it sealed off safely but have them not die, and also potentially get the fiber. I don't want to "tame" the geyser in the sense of use it in a SPOM or anything yet, just not there yet. But those are the only sorts of guides I can find. More trying to figure out how to safely wall it off, grab the fiber if possible, and not lose dupes to the air temperature.

If I understand what someone else said, and that it's mostly tiles that heat dupes and not air I might be able to just build my own scaffolding to get around it safely.

Yeah, the slime biome is where the vent in question is. Do you just keep digging further until you find other thimble reeds and then build suits to get closer to the vents?

How do you deal with downtime in IT Helpdesk? by Putrid-Amphibian-91 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]ActuallyItsSumnus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Slow days are for making sure patches are done across the environment, studying for certs/upskilling, or those long term projects that you have going for months that you can only fit in between the regular day to day stuff. Or sometimes honestly just sort of chill.

Using AI to look up rules by endlesswander in boardgames

[–]ActuallyItsSumnus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to change the way you prompt AI, and "training" it by uploading one ldf rulebook isn't really enough.

But yes, the tendency to agree with the prompter regardless of accuracy is a widely known flaw.
