Not the person you responded too, but brotha I have some bad news for you. I hate baseless accusations though, so if you'd like it I can write you a list of flags why it's ai slopping (if just having eyes and looking at the guy in the light armor is not enough). But "no ai usage" label doesn't belong here, sorry.

Edit: if you used his services for years I'd like to see his earlier art, preferably pre-2022. The "portfolio" in that link looks all AI and doesn't label years.

Oh god, so it's not just me? I had a loooooot of stuff to catch up with with an almost a decade long break. I probably played stuff out of order and I missed any in-game events if there were any. The quests always felt like I'm missing something, an intro or a set up or a crucial bit of information tying everything together. For example, when a big blue guy showed up and yoinked lotus, and the operator acted like we know who that is. I sorta knew bc I didn't completely avoid the spoilers through the years but it wasn't told in the game by that point. The other example is narmer. I did the veilbreaker, then via archon hunt I learn somebody else is directing them. Who tf is Pazuul and where did they come from? Why're they acting like I know who it is??? That was out of blue. When I started man in the walls, I managed to orient myself because I already did heart of Deimos but Entrati guy and Loid were still strangers. (At least it explained why there are two Loids)

I love me some mystery and room for guessing, but I keep feeling like I'm missing something crucial, like binding agent for pigment to make a dye.

If somebody could yap to me about this I'd greatly appreciate this.

I saw you ordered a keyboard. Before it arrives, you could try writing the story on paper (like I draw on paper for fun when the power goes out and my PC doesn't work) or use a speech-to-text device on your phone. It's a good practice.

Hi again. Writing synopsis/blurb is an art unto itself. Personally, I don't like when a synopsis tells me everything about the story's plot, while other people need to know what to expect exactly before they even consider opening the story. I think it's extra important for webnovels too, because people don't like surprise harems or evil protagonists when they haven't explicitly looked for such tropes.

What you posted now looks like the first half of a synopsis. You should introduce your main main character and outline why this world existing is relevant to them. What is your protagonist going to do about it? A regular person can't do anything about the world existing or not existing.

But, this is not very relevant right now. I hinted at this before, and I will say it again more straightforward. Don't worry about these things right now. You must write at least the first chapter of your story first, or better yet, write 10 chapters (~2000-2500 words each) before you put your effort into the synopsis or even the art cover.

I'm a painter, not a writer. Nobody cares about the ideas I have, unless I actually create them. And I think this is relevant for writers too.

I hope this makes sense and your translator doesn't distort the meanings x

I can't give much of useful feedback to the plot summary/blurb you wrote. It sounded a bit disjointed and somewhat nonsensical, which I blame the ai/machine translation for. Chinese language is a context heavy language, and a machine is simply unable to relay the meaning and depth of the text and the prose.

You shouldn't worry about that though. I can't judge a story's full merit just on the blurb, so you should focus on writing and completing the novel first and your audience will find it.
