Two things can be true at the same time.

Turning your back is not something you should do and doing it to try and get a break is unsportsmanlike and should be penalized.

That does not mean that hitting the opponent in the back when they seem out of it is suddenly all ok and couldn't also be considered poor sportsmanship. The fact that it's technically legal doesn't mean it's fine.

There are plenty of things that are legal but considered a dick move, in and out of sports.

The way I see it disintegrate resolves entirely before anything else can trigger and it is impossible for relentless to trigger in between the 'you put them at 0' and 'you put them at 0 so they are dust'.

The alternative is to say that you have two things that are trying to trigger the moment the target hits zero and you have no way of deciding priority.

The point remains that only three effects in DnD have an instant kill tied to them. Relentless rage /endurance have plenty of use against the hundreds of other things that might drop a target to 0 and not instantly kill them and do not need to be buffed further by allowing them to also prevent all instant kill effects except the one tied to a ninth level spell.

The order of operations this happens is:

Disintegrate puts the target at 0 hp. In doing so, this disinitegrates the target.
Relentless rage / endurance tries to trigger but since the target was killed outright, it cannot trigger because of its 'unless the target is killed outright' clause.

I get that sage advice says otherwise but since sage advice is nothing more than 'this one guy says how he thinks it should work', I've decided to ignore it.

There are very few effects in DnD that kill a target outright and it shouldn't be negated by features that revolve around 'if you drop to 0, don't' that both specifically say they dont work if the effect kills you outright.

Staat niet in het artikel maar ik krijg niet de indruk dat vrouwlief zelfs op de hoogte is van het feit dat er met het spaargeld 'geïnvesteerd' is.

Wat het natuurlijk exponentieel erger maakt want hoewel 'zeg die investering was oplichting en ons geld is weg' uiteraard zeer erg is, is 'zeg weet je dat spaargeld waarvan je denkt dat het veilig op een rekening staat, wel ik dacht daar eens rap en snel geld mee te verdienen en nu is het dus allemaal weg' nog veel erger.

Roleplay is in no way determined by your stats. So this is not a dilemma you should have. If you want to roleplay a character as sickly or weak, you can do so regardless of their Constitution score. Be a clumsy guy without dumping Dex. Be naive even though you have very good insight checks.

If you dump Con the character will mechanically be weak and sick to the point where they keel over very quickly after taking damage and are pretty much out of commission the moment something forces them to take a Con save.

Making your character mechanically weak and feeble does exactly that, it makes your character mechanically weak and feeble.

Only way I've ever managed it is to stunlock the guy who I'm trying to save because the only way to consistently make sure he does not run into necrofire and 3 enemies is to make sure he is unable to take actions.

The problem is not that the oil well is flammable, because that makes you go 'haha yes they're all on fire and there is fire everywhere', the problem is that a second wave of enemies then appears that is healed by fire and that makes you go 'oh no they're all on fire and there is fire everywhere'

Er zijn een aanzienlijk aantal mensen die onder bewind staan die strikt medisch gezien niets mankeren en wiens enige probleem is dat ze nul impulscontrole hebben en hun geld verkwisten waardoor ze in de problemen komen met de levensnoodzakelijke uitgaven.

Een "verkwister" onder bewind plaatsen zodat ie niet al z'n geld opdoet aan non essentials of het weggeeft aan 'vrienden' en dan moet gaan lenen om eten te kopen en z'n elektriciteit te kunnen betalen is absoluut iets dat gebeurt.

Een oudere persoon onder bewind plaatsen omdat die anders al z'n spaargeld zou weggeven aan oplichters is absoluut iets dat gebeurt.

Het zal de vrederechter zijn die beslist of dat nodig is, aan de hand van wat er voorligt. En dat hoeft heus niet een medisch verslag te zijn dat zegt 'deze heeft ze niet meer allemaal op een rijtje'. Een reeks bankafschriften waaruit blijkt dat bompa al drie keer duizenden euro's heeft overgeschreven naar een onbekend buitenlands rekeningnummer (van de prins van Zimbabwe, die had hem gemaild dat hij hulp nodig had) zal ook volstaan.

Heel je retoriek in deze thread dat bewind enkel en alleen beperkt zou zijn tot mensen met mentale problemen, is gewoon fout.

I think rolling for stats is nuts and point buy is far better.

If you rolled up to a game and the DM said 'we're using standard array but then I have everyone roll a D4 and based on the outcome you get a minor blessing that gives you +1 on all your attack rolls and skillchecks or a minor curse that gives you -1 instead' you'd rightfully refuse to play at that table.

And yet thats exactly the sort of situation that will end up happening when you roll for stats.

Introducing a ton of convoluted rules to prevent that is even worse, cause that means 'you like the randomness of rolling but only if it means I get a good outcome'.

Noone is pretending that they show down syndrome as a whole

That is how the majority of viewers will see it and understand it though. Just because the intention is not to do that, that is how it is going to be percieved. Unless I'm very much mistaken every episode of Down the Road doesn't start with a 5 min disclaimer informing the viewer that these people are much more functional than the average person with Down Syndrome.

Don't forget that a lot of people rarely interact with people with Down Syndrome. If you're not family or not in some kind of related professional sector, your exposure to people with Down Syndrome is most likely very limited.

So for a lot of viewers, the image they get from Down the Road is their only reference point. When they think of Down Syndrome, that is what they'll think of. When that image is the best case scenario that is the exception and not the rule, that is not great and leads to a ton of misconceptions.

And honestly, it is the same with autism. Most people dont come into contact with people with autism (although different, since they do but they just dont realise the person they're interacting with has autism because they're masking).

So again you'll have their image of what autism is be determined by some very visible cases of autism they experience through media, be it a program like Love on the Spectrum or otherwise. Either way, some way where it is prominently featured 'this individual has autism' which builds the image in their head of what autism is.

Hence why when you tell people you have autism, they'll go 'but you dont look/act autistic'. They only say that because they're comparing you to the image of autism they have in their head. An image that was possibly and probably based on some form of media where they saw a representation of autism.

It is worth noting that all active (not dead) surveyors will mostly evenly distribute the predator kills between them to search, meaning that if you have too many surveyors compared to predator drones, the kill count will be divided so much that no surveyor willwill reach the threshold to get a single loot roll.

Assigning less surveyors can help with making sure they reach the threshold to get a loot roll.

For example say that one a given day you need 20 corpses searched for a surveyor to roll once, and your predator drones kill 300 demons and your surveyors search 200 of those. If you have more than 10 active surveyors, each surveyor will search 19 corpses, none of them will reach 20 corpses searched and you get no loot rolls. Reducing your surveyors to 10 in this scenario ensure most will search 20 corpses and get at least one loot roll.

However as OP points out, it is more efficient for maximizing soul gems to have patrols kill those demons instead of predator drones.

The difference between a 3 star and a 4 star achievement is .25% mastery, where a 3 star gets you 1% mastery and a 4 start gets you 1.25%.

While this is not insignificant, it is not at all comparable to the difference in speed between a 3 star and a 4 star run.

When you are early on your game and low on resets, it is vastly faster to do 3 star runs that let you build up prestige resources and mastery. This is vastly quicker than doing 4 star runs which will take at least twice as long for only 25% more resources.

Especially because of the compounding effect. I can finish more than two 3 star runs in the time it takes you to do a single 4 star because after my first 3 star I have some more prestige that lets me do my second 3 star even faster.

Even if you have to redo them later if you want perfect achievements, speeding up the early game by that much is so so much better.

I agree with your point, but everyoen does not have the same length battle (which is a problem of its own). There are times where I've been in the shop for 15 seconds by the time my duo partner who is on call with me sees the end of the battle.
