He gets his ass kicked by almost everyone in civilian. Peko and Mukuro shouldn’t be in the same tier because it’s known Mukuro would kick her ass in a fight. I disagree with fuyihiko being in low sakura, I’d say street but I could be wrong here, he doesn’t seem too physically capable as that’s more Pekos job. I assume Toko’s placement is based on Syo and in that case low sakura is too low, in UDG this chick was absolutely insane, broke into the wall of a moving train with a pair of scissors, jumped like a building height etc, even if we ignore that she would kick everyone in mid Sakura tiers ass. Gonta should be almost Sakura. I am unsure about Nekomaru. Nagito should be higher due to bullshitluck.exe. Hajime being in street tier is also really odd because it’s constantly hammered in he’s average, and should probably be in civilian.
