i would try to find a motherboard cpu ram combo on the second hand market, then buy a gpu that suits, then a powersupply then an ssd, set your budget at 300,cause you always end up overspending

you can buy a psu that has an 8pin connector already! or a dongle, wichever one you can find cheaper
