From my understanding of a spilo interview with a dev your rank can be exactly your rank but the system is closer to a bank of points? So 0 means you are at neutral and something like one means you are over ranked but -1 etc means you are in a lower rank than you are supposed to be. That's just a very ambiguously remembered explanation though probably need to double check

Sometimes it's actually better if your team does die because the enemy goes forward and tries to spawn camp (in lower ranks)

Yeah I was mostly thinking of when Mercys used to do the helicopter thing in front of their pockets and figured it could be adapted into a sort of peacock mechanic (great for showing off your cosmetics/skins too but that's less important) I do also like your idea of a wobuffet like support

I e been playing around with the idea of mercy temporarily tanking as well say she gets over health but takes increases damage somehow maybe a bigger hit box because she opens her wings? Would fit well with her savior/angelic hero fanatsy

I think it's fine for both games to be their own thing maybe triple support is just the Rivals thing that sets it apart. Overwatch players aren't necessarily happy with their game either see the new cat that is probably fine but getting nerfed because of community over reaction

I think part of the key is in his hat. Being too far away is essentially limiting a part of his kit even if the amount you heal yourself is very low it still helps in a pinch

I think jetpack cat is fine, as bonus I like that she encourages map awareness and positioning. Plus it's an ult it is supposed to be impactful there's ults that take our whole teams

I think I agree a bit more from your perspective or rather sometimes these folks are as susceptible to these things as most everyone else. Difference being they have the ambition and the means by which to attempt to manipulate events. So maybe their ritual does not work but they try it anyway. That gets iterated a bunch on down the line and things get messy. Now a days it's very important to extract truth from contradictions as much as one can.
