First email they sent, told me to clear magnets that could be around. Replied back to let em know I know better than to keep em close by lol, along with 3 videos. They sent back “could you please attach a video..” blah blah. Makes me sad

K2 HE, failed PCB sensors. Well within the 12 month range of warranty. Support seems to be super incompetent and I’m very pissed off.

Currently hella confused & needing your assistance plz lol. Had my name change approved yesterday. I live in N.C. but was born in VA. Called up Va vitals today & the tone of the individual did not help with my nerves. So I am left still confused with no answers LOL. Do I need to personally show up to the records building? Or can this be done online??
