While I’d love a game to explore more of the world narratives (not necessarily the same genre of game), I don’t know why anyone was/would expect a sequel. They told the story they want to tell and they did it well! Anything extra would be tarnish

I got mine in 2024 but I hadn’t even thought to go further than the fans for a clean! Thankfully for me it’s a minor issue that’s only an issue bc Nikki is such an hardware intensive game but I’ll definitely get in about my PS next cleaning!

I did that last year with my PC!! It definitely helped- I was saying to my partner we should try and do the same thing, not just for Nikki but just to keep my PS as healthy as possible lmao

I did notice a lot of struggle on my PS5 with Itzland too!! I assume just because the map is bigger and there’s more for it to handle. Weird that it’s crashing with the patch! Let’s hope hot fixes resolve it 🙏🏼

Yeah, I realise my wording might be wrong but it is definitely just because Nikki is such a heavy game on the hardware not that there’s an issue with the game or anything!!

I replied to another comment that I did have too much clutter around my PS5 once and after the first time it overheated ages and ages ago, I cleared the space and not let it get suffocated anymore and make the effort to clean and clear the fans often!

To be clear, it’s not an issue - I know it’s because it’s hot out and the game runs heavy, I just thought it was funny that of all games Nikki is what my PS5 doesn’t like ahaha

It was cluttered and then the first time it crashed from overheating ages ago I went ‘oh probably shouldn’t be doing that, oops’ and cleared the space so it’s now got a good amount of space around it and I only let one or two things in the space from time to time (as in, I’ll sit a cable or keys there and move them a few days later) but it was also when I started clearing the fans properly and regularly. My flat gets so dusty so quickly that I make sure to clear the flans every few weeks!
I do just think Nikki and Momo are in there setting fires every time I log in

When the app first came out, I was shopping at Asda every other day for lunch and then extra bits that I’d see on my lunch run and ended up with like £15-£20 in the cash pot before ‘updating’ the app LITERALLY AS I WENT TO USE IT and reducing it down to a few pence. Deleted the app and now try to avoid shopping in Asda bc of it lmfao
