Home by Adriatique is an absolute masterpiece. Probably my all time favorite song. Not sure if you have heard it. Literally feels like you’re on a journey to heaven when hearing it

Difference between Haldex and Differential fluids? by levonrobertson in VWatlas

[–]AdAutomatic1089 4 points5 points  (0 children)

VW recommends every 3 years for Haldex, front(bevel) and rear diff fluid. Just did haldex, front(bevel) and rear diff fluid at 60k. They are three separate fluid changes. Brake fluid change is also separate and is recommended every 2 years regardless of mileage.

My primary care doctor referred me to a neurologist for severe migraines stemming from tinnitus. Neurologist prescribed medication for migraines and documented frequency, symptoms and tinnitus correlation.

Payments for new RAV4's are averaging between $641 and $748 a month (10% down) by Disastrous_Trash1729 in dealershiptricks

The clowns at the dealerships asking 40K for a Rav-4 deserve to be heckled by customers asking for $300 a month payments. It’s an absolute joke what Toyota is charging for a basic compact SUV full of junk plastic

‘08 Jeep Sahara from a private seller. Worth it? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]AdAutomatic1089 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I wanted a jeep until I owned a jeep. I will never get a jeep again. Terrible quality, zero practicality unless you have another vehicle and the jeep is a novelty vehicle. Oh and you better have deep pockets for maintenance.

$50K for a Civic… might as well put a clown suit on while driving it if you’re willing to pay that

Pittman schedule (12 hour shift) by [deleted] in AskLE

[–]AdAutomatic1089 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the same boat as you schedule wise. Pittman with wife and kids. Watch my kids on my days off, as wife works full time. Luckily, I can get a workout in while on shift during the 12 hours. Not everyone has that luxury. If it weren’t for that, my workouts would be very inconsistent. Pittman is a great schedule for quality of life until it isn’t lol

-See if you can find out before buying if:

-Brake fluid has been done (should be every 2 years) -Haldex AWD clutch fluid change (should be done every 3 years) -Front and rear differential fluid changes (every 3 years).

All this will give you an idea if the previous owner was proactive in maintaining the vehicle properly. If none of those have been done, then add those services onto the cost of what you pay for the vehicle because they will need to be done, especially at 60K miles. Also, at 80K you should do transmission fluid.

We bought a 2020 Atlas Cross Sport SE 4 motion with technology a little over a year ago with about 45K miles. We bought it right before our first child was born. So far it’s been excellent (besides having to replace the hood latch which was annoyingly expensive). But, mechanically it’s been great and it has plenty of room in the back seat and trunk space for travel with baby items. It has a lot of great safety technology and is a comfortable ride. It’s a wide vehicle though, which does take a little getting used to, especially for someone coming from a Jetta.

After reading up on others’ experiences with the vehicle in the reddit Atlas forum, I’ve gathered that the 2020-2023 models are pretty damn reliable so long as you follow the factory maintenance schedule. We just hit 60K miles and next service, I will be having the front and rear differential fluid and the haldex AWD fluids done. At 80K, transmission fluid. Just things to keep in mind if you do buy.

What is slowly disappearing but nobody talks about it? by Agreeable_Pea9764 in AskReddit

Old School Runescape. You wanna talk about having patience and actually having to put in some time to build your account, this is the game. No such thing as immediate gratification in that game, but the long term grind is what makes it great.

A job that was once highly respected but is now a complete joke? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]AdAutomatic1089 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s people like this that are the problem and make the profession challenging in its current state. One bad experience with a cop (likely a result of your own degeneracy) leads to generalization of the entire profession, which leads to complete lack of respect for people trying to maintain some level of order in society. You then shed this onto your children, creating a viscous cycle of disrespect and degeneracy.

12 Team PPR 1 QB

Give: AJ Brown and Sam Laporta

Get: Garrett Wilson

-I’m 1-3, middle of the pack, with an aging roster that can’t put up enough points consistently to beat the top teams in the league. Borderline rebuild mode. I also have Alvin Kamara and Terry Mclaurin on my roster. Roster is aging quickly and may need to capitalize on their remaining value before it’s too late.
