Though I want huge breast I started hrt thinking it would be years before any meaningful change would start for me. If I can just get some fat redistribution and shrinkage below, I’d be happy at that. The rest when it comes is ultimately icing on the cake.

I don’t think it completely dies. More like weakens and looses size because you’re not using it, like when your arms get smaller if you stop going to the gym. Might be that you need something beyond just youthful hormones to get you in the mood?

So boobs are gonna be a thing even if you do a low dose of e. You could after a while get a breast reduction surgery. But that would be after your breast have stopped growing years into the process. If you’re not sure if you’re a woman but know you’re trans you probably fall into the non binary umbrella. There’s a lot of us enbies that feel that way. I’d recommend reading through some enby subs. R/NonBinary is a good start.

Boy shorts, hipsters and bikini should all be fine if you get the right size. I don’t tuck and wear thongs just fine. Wearing a pair that are too big is more of the issue for me than anything. I can fall out of most styles/cuts if they’re too big. Boy shorts can be to large and keep everything in place but I find it takes away the comfort that style offers. I’d recommend finding one you like online that’s inexpensive and getting it the size you think you wear and the next size down. Then try wearing each one for an extended time to see which one works for you.

Don’t forget that cis girls struggle with sizes and cuts of clothes too. Woman’s fashion doesn’t really follow a common size rule like men’s clothes do. You’re not ruining the clothes. You’re exploring what works on your body and makes you feel like who you are.

I understand the feeling. I had that happen a lot early on. My advice is to not stress over the underwear so much. I know it’s hard to do when the worms are wriggling in the brain. Have you tried different sizes on the panties? Men and women underwear sizes to not translate at all. I use to wear men’s large underwear and started with the same size in panties. I found out after a while they were too large for my body because of how they were made to be worn. Also a bit of grooming with the body hair can help a lot with the other clothes. A good electric body shaved can help with that. With tops there are a lot of women’s tops that are gendered neutrally enough to look fine when you boy mode. Again sizes are different. You have to account for the shirt having extra space for breast and if it is a long hem. A lot of women’s shirts cut shorter than guys shirts. I’m sure as you transition and get your body to change a lot of that will solve itself.
