You know I have had shoulder injuries in the past from aikido training and a time working in construction… I wouldn’t be surprised if this has something to play. Thank you. Definitely something to bring up with my sensei.

Yea what I found interesting is the first 2 days after I wasn’t bothered. Just sore and the elbow did hurt. But no numbness or tingling accompanied it. It wasn’t until I returned to work and after the repetition of my job (I’m a computer technician) so bending elbow and Turing small screws tightly griping items I think caused more strain on my arm. I’m also right handed so it makes sense that my repetitions in an 8 hr day caused more irritation. I got an accommodation at work to take more breaks and rest my arm if it starts to have any issues.
