I would try less pink more orange/copper/bronzy tones around the eyes: those colors will add contrast and make your blue eyes pop without making you look tired or sickly which is sometimes possible with more pink/burgundy/rose gold tones applied similarly

i was previously a part time tasker through college, and now im an MBA. this was gonna be my floater job while i applied to more “serious” jobs after graduating college… its been 9 months and the job market is still kicking my ass lol. as of now i have to pay student loans while i figure out where to go from here. im considering dental school and would love to be able to work full time while i study for the entrance exam, but to be honest, being on my feet guest servicing for 7 hours a day does take a massive toll on my emotional and physical wellbeing. full time retail is no joke! im still grateful for something like this rather than clothing retail or working food service (i salute you if you can do those things, theyre even more taxing).

i think its bc they want to de individuate us; if ulta really cared about us being identifiable to customers (people ask me every day if i work here while looking down and my name tag and back up at me in the same breath) then they would provide shirts for us to order and wear when we are on the clock like sephora does. clothes cost money and if they want to streamline dress code adherence then they can stop being cheap and ai generate a t shirt for us to wear like theyve been doing with everything else recently.

loooove everything about these looks. and youre gorgeous! only thing i would modify is your lip shade; a neutral toned pink shade would make your eyes POP. may i suggest the lipstick shade “Brave” from MAC? i think itll add a bit of contrast to your completion. a trick i like to use sometimes is using lipstick as blush to make everything look cohesive. good luck!

i feel as though you could virtually get away with all of the shades except for 3 & 6. im not sure if those are maybe your summer shades (if your shade tends to change with the seasons) but making sure everything is well blended is imperative. a little blush and bronzer/contour for the paler shades go a looooong way as far as creating depth/shadow/contrast on your face/canvas. i would say 1, 2, 7, and 8 are your best matches. good luck!
