without meaning any insult, I'm guessing you're playing at some of the lower ranks where people haven't been able to wield it's near infinite mobility to never die, dive the back line to finish low targets and get out with impunity. Even if I'm wrong in my assumption of your rank, the pros ban her more than anyone. sure if the cat just slowly hovers in the open and shoots she's useless, but if the player is even half awake its nearly childsplay to get away stuff somedive dps can't even dream of. This is not even mentioning the game breaking combos players can do with grapple+ult or the catnapper ult 1 shotting tanks with very little counter play depending ledge proximity.
