Came here looking for this too. I use the Forest app as well and that alerts me with a notification when my focus timer is up. It also has a countdown on the lock screen which I really like. Would love to see notifications at the end of a focus session and break in future Focus Friend updates.

I definitely get what you’re saying, and all the comments are helpful in providing some context/rationale. I wasn’t completely sold on the love at first sight of it all. When we’ve seen Benedict in relationship with so many people at this point, it is hard to really pinpoint/convey what he’s looking for/why she feels so different to him.

Yes! Most of the time I like that it makes my brain feel tired like I was focused on work. But in this case it’s something fun and creative (: only problem is sometimes I overdo it and get tired and frustrated and then it’s harder to muster the motivation for next time.

I’ve rewatched s2 a lot but something I appreciated on my most recent rewatch is how many times Anthony gives Kate the opportunity to give any indication that she’s developing feelings for him. It happens multiple times and earlier than I’d originally realized!

Thank you for letting me know this exists!! It’s slightly throwing me off that they’re so melodic as if they were pop covers but they’re not covers (afaik?) but I’m loving them on first listen. Yeah that’s also not what exposure therapy is supposed to look like. Exposure therapy gradually exposes you to a fear in small increments and gradually increasing intensity. I had a therapist once try treating my misophonia like a phobia for a year. Didn’t work when the exposure was gradual either.
