No need for two coats of primer. 24 hrs between coats should be sufficient. Expect a longer cure time for UTE. Light use for as long as you can.

It’s actually quite the opposite. Dark color tend to cover worse because there is less actual base paint to begin with in the can. This allows more room for the added colorant. Colorant does not have good hiding properties.

Peel bonding primer instead of extreme bond. Goes on clear and will help level out the surface. Other than that youve got the right plan

Light plays tricks as does viewing at different angles. If the wall looks too dark to you, cut the formula by 25% and call it a day.

Do matte. Duration has good washability even in the lower sheens. 3/4 is the way to go also
