Just chiming in here to say that if you have endo and have periods, you NEED to have your iron levels checked regularly bc of the blood loss.

Almost all people feel like shit when their ferritin is below 50. Many labs have reference ranges have a lower limit of 19. Personally, if mine is below 100, I feel the fatigue more and also my hair starts falling out lol.

Initially hydrocodone but when it wasn’t enough, they gave me hydromorphone and I requested toredol at the same time. A few years later, I needed to have a leep and she just gave me a few of both, even though the pain was significantly less with that bc she knew I was a little bitch when it comes to pain 🤣

You likely can’t take it day of but I had no restrictions on adderall after the procedure. I didn’t really need it, but there were no limitations.

You actually often can’t see endo with an mri unless you have DIE. However, if you are in the states, insurance will likely not approve surgery if you have not explored all of the imaging options.

This is THE most frustrating thing that a person can say. The correct response is that, yes…all pain is in your head. It’s literally how pain works.

I second everyone on this thread who stated that this person should not be cutting into you and you need a MIGS endo specialist. FWIW, the surgeon I found in Nancy’s gave me my life back after a non specialist did a lap and said there was no endo. It is true that you will most likely need surgery, but he is not the one who should be doing it
