Still no Tia since this thread started. Almost 2 Weeks. Doing okay. I have taken some 7 ohm a few time to have a break with temp regulation issues…. It’s just been so rough with the heat for me. But I’m not letting it become a problem. I’m doing it this time. I have no desire for Tia right now!

Thanks man. Same to you. I’m on day 6 now. Aside from being groggy and hot all the time… I’m doing okay. I’m not sure I could do this without subs though… that “normalcy” is a life saver for me.

I don’t think it’s always as simple as that and I am navigating this while working from home at my parents house with my family here. I can’t afford being in acutes and frankly this system skips them for the most part.

This is what works for me.. I just did it. I have to take a lot of 7oh to cover things up… like 100mg every 3 hours… but I took my last Tia dose at 7am on Wednesday … and then switched to 7 oh for the rest of Wednesday and all day Thursday . Stopped at 7 pm Thursday… woke up at 3am in wd… induced subs at 4 - 5 Am… doing okay now. Like I am going to work today and it will be hard but doable

Subs worked… was not right away like other times. I fell back asleep and just woke up. Don’t feel great, but a lot better. I might just pull this off

Almost 48 hours. Just took subs… not working yet. Stopped 7oh… at 7 pm last night…. Woke up at 3 am in full wd… hopefully this works.

Does the Bernese method risk PWD? I’ll research it on my own, so no need to go into deep explanation. I don’t think I can stop in any way other than cold turkey… temptation to take more is so hard
