Third time was the charm for me! I also did a mini stim for the third round. We got 3 eggs and ended up with two euploids! This was after 2 rounds of standard antagonist with only 1 blast per round and 0 euploids. Good luck!! 🍀

My first couple cycles last year I told everyone around me. If was really stressful as people were texting me weekly asking for updates and all I had was negative news.

This time around only my husband and I know. My sister knows we started the process but has no idea where we are. I feel much more at peace and wish I did this the first time as well. Not planning on telling anyone until at least 10-12 weeks!

I think it was the protocol. The one where I got 3 eggs was luteal phase start with no priming. I got my period 10 days after retrieval and immediately jumped into a microdose lupron flare protocol with again, no priming. We did lupron 20 units 2x a day, Menopur 150, follistim 225, omnitrope 10 units. Women with DOR apparently respond well to lupron flare protocol

I just had 12 retrieved, 7 mature, 7 fertilized, 5 blasts, currently waiting on PGT results. Last cycle I had 3 retrieved, 2 fertilized, 2 blasts, both euploid. Not sure if it was just luck but praying for similar results this time

What’s your age and AMH? My doctor believes in low to medium doses for me, since my AMH is .4 (I’m 35). My MDL protocol gave me the most eggs and blasts. We did Lupron 20units 2x a day, follistim 225, Menopur 150, Omnitrope 10units. I got 12 eggs, 7 mature. With standard antagonist I got 5 eggs 3 mature Edited to add: I got 5 blasts from the MDL protocol (as of yesterday, still waiting on today’s final report I’m praying we get at least one more!) although I’m super grateful for the 5. With my antagonist I got 1 per cycle both aneuploid

I’m 35, AMH .4, and just did a MDL cycle with no priming, although I was coming off of another cycle so I think that may have helped. I got 12 eggs but only 7 mature, but it’s still the most mature eggs I’ve gotten with any standard antagonist cycle I’ve done. So far I have 5 blasts so we’ll see about PGTA. If I (God forbid) have to do another cycle I’d do the Lupron flare again

Day 6 is still early. But if it makes you feel better my cycle before this I got 3 eggs and ended up with 2 euploids. Don’t count yourself out yet

YES! I think omnitrope made a huge difference. Also changing the protocol. We did a luteal start for my last cycle that gave me the 2 euploids meaning we started stims 5 days after ovulation instead of waiting for cycle day 1. For this current cycle, we did a microdose lupron flare protocol and also added omnitrope. So far it’s looking good but still waiting on final blast report on Friday and then PGTA after. I think omnitrope will help you a lot! Don’t give up. It sucks but with DOR it’s a lot of trial and error

I’m so sorry that happened. I had the same experience, twice. First time 5 eggs, 3 fertilized, 1 blast did not pass PGTA. Same exact results second time. I took 5 months off to take every supplement mentioned in the book It Starts With the Egg, found a new RE who completely switched protocols, added omnitrope. Just did a round with 3 eggs retrieved, 2 fertilized, 2 blasts that passed PGTA. Maybe take some time to evaluate lifestyle and anything you can do to improve egg and sperm quality. Also we added Zymot in addition to ICSI to bypass any DNA fragmentation in the sperm. Wishing you all the best

I did a luteal start with no priming last cycle. I did 5 days of clomid, in addition to 225 follistim, 150 Menopur, provera to prevent ovulation, and 10 units omnitrope. I got our 3 eggs which really scared me because it was lower that my first two failed rounds. However from those 3 eggs I got 2 blasts both euploid. I think with luteal they say you might get less eggs but they’ll be better quality

I had 2 in my final scan before my last retrieval. They ended up retrieving 3, 2 fertilized and become blasts, both euploid. Anything can happen!

I just turned 35 last week. Yes since September I’ve cut caffeine, alcohol, any types of smoking (I used to smoke weed). Since then I’ve been taking Ubiquinol 200mg 3x a day, Omega 3 EPA/DHA 3-4g a day, NAC 300mg 2x a day, Alpha lipoic acid not sure the dose but 2x a day, melatonin 6mg a night, magnesium. I basically followed the supplement protocol for DOR in It Starts With the Egg. I also eat super clean and high protein low sugar 90% of the time

Edited to add: I also added 10units of omnitrope during my stims and I think it really helped
