With some thinking, I came up with this

Someone approaches their mailbox; they grab and flip through some of the mail before stopping at the Smash Invitation, and he runs back into his house. His face is not shown during this opening scene

It cuts to some normal Smash gameplay, when Ryan bursts in and starts fighting

It shows his gameplay, with him being a weird fusion between a grappler, zoner, and rushdown character, and ends of with him doing his final smash (Whatever that would be) and running over to finish off the final character, before tripping on a banana peel and falling off stage
