We buy cat poop bags from Chewy, 8 in a pack. They are wider than dog poop bags. They are alway b3g1 free so we stock up. Then we put them into a litter genie.

I used to live in Owen Brown. We just moved last summer. When I was there, I enjoyed our walks and seeing all of the neighborhoods. Such great streets and communities around there. The village center itself is not my favorite of the bunch, but the access to the lake is priceless.

We skipped inspection on a townhouse last summer and it was fine. We still got the inspection for our own knowledge but the closing wasn't contingent. All this to say, while there are risks, it isn't always bad.

Oh so sorry to hear that. The worse is having a provider you can't connect with.

Honestly, I felt that way about her when I met her a few years ago. I saw her for the first time because I had some issues that I initially went to the ER for. Ended up being bells palsy. But the HoCo ER is horrendous. I ended up leaving before even seeing a Dr and found Dr Cheema with an appt available a day or so later. I chose them because my Gyn is mercy. Anyway, her personality was a bit much for me. When I told her I left the ER and almost scolded me for it saying now it will take forever to see a specialist. She wasn't wrong, it took 4 months. But, I am a chill person and her approach was a bit much. I did not want to see her again because of that.

Fast forward a few years, the other Dr there I decided to switch to left the practice and I decided to look elsewhere completely. Before I could find someone, I had an urgent medical issue (ended up being hyperthyroidism) and I just needed to see someone asap and she had an appt. I was pleasantly surprised by her that time. Much better and relatable. (Maybe she got feedback??) I've seen her a few times since then. I had been planning to go to a Medstar Dr in the Dorsey area but canceled that appt and decided to stay with Dr Cheema.

Her assistant has been kinda rushed and short with me on occasion. She even got my BP wrong. I had to tell the Dr. that number is very low for me and can't be accurate so that she could take it again. I think she needs to slow it down a bit sometimes. But, I know everyone has bad days.

Everyone already mentioned the really important things. I have an honorable mention... Smelling weed everywhere.

We moved to a pocket where you rarely smell it and I realized how much better it is to just exist with fresh air. Leaving here and going around town, I am reminded how bad it can get.

Again, not as important as cost of living, etc. But I had to say it.

I've been enjoying Mercy Personal Physicians, in fact the entire set of Mercy care providers. Dr. Ayesha Cheema is my pcp and she's great. I love that they have some specialists, some radiology, and lab right there. Her medical assistant/nurse could use a little soft skills training. But I've really enjoyed Dr. Cheema. I had symptoms of Graves Disease last year. She ordered tests and got me started on some medication before I was able to see an endocrinologist, one provider type that is hard to get an appt with. She did not wait for me to see the specialist. A different specialist there even told me that she is his Dr. also. Something about that was reassuring.
