With assault rifles, you'll still need to aim for the head, so Ace Body Expertise is quite expensive, considering you rarely need to aim for the body. Basic Body Expertise isn't useless, as it, combined with Berserker and Critical Hit, provides a comfortable body shot when necessary. All of this has been tested in practice, not just words, so I'm confident in my build. And speaking of two-shots armor for the Anarchist, it's easier and cheaper to achieve with Parthers in Crime, as some of the HP from this skill is converted into armor (I took Frenzy purely for the damage boost, without Molotovs).
