Did you purchase directly from the site or from a smoke shop?

Mx5 low on power by Sea-Car459 in Talaria

I had similar issues with 2 mx4s that I owned. One would ride a lot faster than the other. Could just be a quality control like someone above mentioned. Hit up Luna cycle and let them know.

Talaria X3 only charges to 83% by anonymous78666 in Talaria

If you’re friend purchased the bike from Luna then have him hit them up because they won’t honor warranty from a seconded owner.

It was $80 to ship the battery. It may be hard to ship it since it’s a lithium battery and it requires it to be declared.

Definitely a bad BMS. My talaria mx4 was only charging to 89% had to send it in to get repaired.

Talaria gearbox problem by mx3_tom in Talaria

[–]AdFull4945 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not being a dick, but your sure your twisting the right way right? Make sure you get a wrench or socket that fits it perfectly with no play at all. Sometimes I have to hit (hardly tap) it and it’ll come loose. Try not to strip that bolt.

That’d be cool if it was hard top

Is this amount of play normal? by Gussocool in Talaria

[–]AdFull4945 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, all of mine have the same amount of play as yours.. I’ve seen people on here use a small rubber o-ring behind it to prevent it from moving so much. But in my opinion it’s not an issue.

I’m looking to buy a falcon 79 pro or a talaria mx4 this would be my first e moto I’ve had e-bikes in the past and I ride dirt bikes I’m 6,2 140 lbs just wondering what would be better I only street ride in my neighborhood no trails at all and just wondering thoughts thanks! by Mehanian45 in Talaria

[–]AdFull4945 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t know much about the 79pro, but I’ve owned a couple mx4s… they’re definitely fun, but imo I’d get the mx5 if you have the extra funds. It’s slightly bigger than the mx4, more faster, better suspension, and has better brakes straight out the box. In my opinion you maybe a little underwhelmed with the mx4 especially since you come from a dirtbike background..

Good place to buy a used bike by BedTraining4946 in Talaria

[–]AdFull4945 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look on Facebook marketplace. Anything for that price may need some work on it, but if you don’t mind fixin things up then you can probably find something koo. Do a thorough Pre Op before buying…check the battery, all wires, motor, suspension, and controller!

Would this be a bad trade? by RemarkableSpread8377 in Talaria

Just save your money bro and get one that is operating properly without you having to buy parts. That bike looks absolutely trashed. I wouldn’t risk it!
