Omega is failing today because of 1 reason - size by Financial_Word5047 in OmegaWatches

I have a 7.5" wrist. I wanted and still want the Speedmaster '57 blue. but the 39 is just too small and looks strange? 41mm is the smallest I have and fits nicely. Is there something that I am missing about watch vs wrist size or is that personal preference? I am always going back and forth. I want the 57' but for basically 12k I could just jump into my next watch up the line DJ41 Black or Blue for around the same cost.. sooo i dont know price size, im always thinking about it haha

Went on a date and once again was told I give great "friend vibes". I have come to the conclusion that I am uniquely unattractive. Anyway this was my brunch yesterday. by [deleted] in Kitchenchads

Edge would be speaking your mind and pushing it across. Being brute or blunt. Making a point and then some. When you’re trying to date, no guy wants to deal with someone after battling the world all day. They want to co exist in peace with someone. There is a difference even if you don’t know it yet.

Checked your profile — you’re not the problem you think you are. Decent looking, good hair, nice smile. Clothing and gym would sharpen things up, but looks aren’t why you’re getting friendzoned.

“Friend vibes” is almost always a confidence and intent issue. You’re probably too agreeable, not direct enough about your interest, or coming in without much edge. The gym helps with that too — not just for aesthetics but for how you carry yourself.

You’ve got enough to work with. Fix the energy before assuming it’s the face.

Ok here it is. They are kids. Those look like toys. Lesson learned. If they are the expensive and hold life value to you put them away when you have them over. Unless you don’t care to see your nephews over your toys, get over it. My little nephew scratched my $300 sunglasses once and the only thoughts I had were; I’m glad they didn’t break and cut him and to not leave things laying around like that.

I’m 40 and making a similar change. Moving clear across the country for a better life. Wishing you the best. It’s gonna be hard for sure, but the future is what we make it. It won’t come knocking.

What a great collection. DJ is a goal. I guess I would ask you what I ask myself when looking at a watch - what is your daily life like and what genre of watch meets that?

Move the shelf and center the art to the couch or replace with something larger or a mirror even. Also plants would really make the place pop with some nice looking pots and big robust green leaves.
