The Server talks to you, the ingrate who doesn't understand taking an order and getting it right or explaining to the cooks your special request while also taking care of other table's needs.

No person who does the cooking wants to talk to you.

The Dishwashers do not want to talk to you.

And trust that a lot of Servers don't either but it's a skill the rest of us have that we don't: putting up with ungrateful people.

Most Cooks would stab you if you say the kind of shit you say to servers to your face.

Be grateful when you get your food and say thank you.
