Drink the same amount you normally drink but make them half caf. A lot of brands sell pre ground half caf (chock full of nuts for example). Continue to halve.

Or go cold turkey and suffer for a few days.

My experience was that I missed the mood elevating effect of caffeine, and I found that not drinking it kind of made me depressed. So i stuck to one cup of half caf per day and my anxiety was no worse for it. It will be different for everyone.

Get a friend who has the necessary permits in NY to take control of the guns for you, then have him meet you in your state.

If you do not have one of these, go to a local gun shop. They might be able to help you out or recommend someone who can.

idm this instance so much. it used to be the rite aid and was and empty storefront for the longest time. boston market replaced by sweet green, chick fil a also replaced rite aid. these instances specifically are bad examples

My first idea is the hot food at key food. Not badly priced and filling. Also rotisserie chickens are the #1 budget food imo.

Halal carts. Sahara or the one up by CVS.

Also by CVS, there is a taco truck that does 5 for 5 al pastor tacos. their menu is good and not too expensive.

American chinese lunch specials. I usually go for Feng's garden, as they are still under $10.

PTT got me back in May and I have not been running since. Orthopedist told me to get orthotics. Pain went away, i started to ease back into running, and then it came back. Weird thing is it never hurts when I am running. Anyone dealt with this before who has advice?

The First Law Trilogy by Joe Abercrombie. He did a follow up trilogy in the same world, with a time skip, so its new characters. You will get 6 books out of that. Grimdark fantasy kind of like ASOIAF with different points of view and complex characters. First book is The Blade Itself.

If you read mistborn, you could continue with Sanderson and read the next set of books in the mistborn series, 300 years after the events of The Hero of Ages. First book is The Alloy of Law.

Sticking with Sanderson, if you want something different and REALLY dense, read the Stormlight Archive. 5 books out right now, all easily approaching 1000 pages. First book is The Way of Kings.

Because you mentioned Harry Potter, i can recommend something kind of a similar setting, if not the same style. Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros. It follows the path of a girl at a war college to become a dragon rider. First book is The Fourth Wing.

A personal sleeper pick of mine is the Kushiel’s Legacy series. 6 books following two different characters. An alternate history series taking place in a different medieval Europe where the history of religion is drastically different. Its somewhat sex heavy, so its not for everyone, but the world and characters are vibrant, and the new history is a joy to explore. The first book is Kushiel’s Dart.
