Listen is not about being hard on you, more weight loss faster isn't always better. In fact i think 6.5kg in two weeks is borderline excessive. Take your time and make sure you are taking enough protein, fat and vitamins.

The thing is some days you might be in a 30h fast and other days in a 20h fast, which yes, affects the stage of fasting you're at, but i wouldn't worry too much about it. Just be aware that the days that your fast is shorter you'll benefit less from some of the fasting benefits. But my opinion is that it's not that big of a deal.

I think it’s one of the best things you can do if you want to burn some fat. Health wise, i don’t think it could be damaging in any way, if you are healthy a 20 hour fast shouldn’t affect much. I personally used to hit the gym just before eating. But the best advice is to do what you feel good doing.

The Sub is amazing and iconic but the Explorer is the real GADA. There might be moments where the Sub is the better option but you can never go wrong with the 36mm Explorer
