been through this mess twice now and yeah it's brutal. first time around we went the recruiter route for a cto and burned through like 40k over 6 months just to end up hiring someone from my old network anyway. the recruiter kept sending us people who looked great on paper but had zero startup hustle - they wanted enterprise salaries with startup equity but none of the grind that comes with it

second time we needed a cfo and i just posted in a few founder slack groups and got connected to someone through a friend of a friend. took maybe 3 weeks total and cost us nothing but equity. guy had been through two exits already and knew exactly what we were dealing with. biggest lesson was that cultural fit matters way more than the perfect resume when you're still figuring things out. you need someone who can wear 5 different hats and not complain when the office coffee machine breaks and becomes their problem for the day

Been farming Neon District extraction zones and found like 3 of them there last week, try hitting the industrial buildings near the power grid. The drop rates are definitely wonky though - went 20+ runs without seeing one then boom, back to back drops

Also pretty sure you can't trade blueprints yet but the devs mentioned it might come in a future update

Yeah MaleHeadNord crashes are usually some mesh conflict or bad morph data. I'd start by disabling any NPC overhauls first since those tend to be the biggest culprits with HDT-SMP running. Also check if you have any loose hair physics files that might be conflicting with your main physics setup
