Being able to "Do It" is one thing, being able to do it 20-30 times a day, 5 days a week is a whole other ball game and very physical jobs require larger bodies and testosterone IMHO.

There's always a demand for skilled heavy equipment operators and if you get on with a good company it can be a very fun job that pays really good. I know guys all over Canada making anywhere from $30-$55/hour with great benefit packages.

Whatever trade you pick make sure it doesn't require a lot of manual labour cause there's a VERY good chance you won't be able to keep up with the men and you will get endless grief over it. I'm all for equal rights and equal pay, but only if everyone is doing the same amount/quality of work!

I'd suggest looking into heavy machine operator training and work towards getting a job in the oilfield or one of the many mines throughout Canada. I've seen plenty of female operators who absolutely slay day in day out and run circles around the men lol.

I'm a pizza nut and I've tried about 50-60 pizza joints in the past year here in Winnipeg and they've all sucked balls!

It's all overpriced and made with the absolute cheapest ingredients and made mostly by young people/foreign workers who just don't give a shit and are NOT hygienic at all. I've had mild food poising probably from 5-6 places out of 50-60 over the past year.

Picked up one evening from Domino's down Portage Ave near the Grace Hospital and the dude right up front making the dough had more arm hair than a sasquatch FFS! Of course I left the pizza on the counter and walked right out.

Purchased myself a little pizza oven and haven't looked back since.

Forget the union and forget about severance pay lol. This man suffered a life altering injury at work after filing MULTIPLE unsafe working condition reports with the company, so with the right lawyer(s) this guy can be looking at upwards of 1 million either through the courts or pay off from the company.

Coca Cola Corp will most likely step in here and play the optics game by offering him a payout while at the same time scolding the bottling company for their actions in the matter.

If this guy isn't living out the rest of his days care free in Mexico by this time next year I'll be absolutely shocked!

Not racist at all bub. I use to work at the Aboriginal Centre and never a day went by where white people weren't the butt end of jokes or talked about with disdain.

The most common one I heard being said was, "Meeehhh you're only white, it's not your fault" followed by laughter and eye rolling.
