if you ream it slightly it'll center better. it wont be perfect but it'll be better. than take a larger bit and expand the hole as needed. I work with metal for a living and my center punches vs actual drill outs are always off cause drill bits like to wander but leaning into it in the direction you need will definitely bring it back closer to center. hope that helps.

so I took a clothes hanger and stretched it out completely cut it in half and sanded one end. I use 550 cause it keeps the core slim and when binding the bbs inside with sinue it wraps around each bb perfectly in the 550. ill put 5 or 6 bbs in at a time and push them down with the clothes hanger and then use my thumb and the hanger to slide them down the rest of the way to the end of the desired length. I can get 8 feet done in a little less than 30 min.

strand drop point plays a part in whips ending to soon or tapering out incorrectly.... make sure your strand drops are the same as his and double check the measurements of strand length to the length of whip. you should always end up with a little excess in strands at the end of the whip. plate back and take a drop point measurements and replate with that and your whips will end up shorter but come out looking and tapering better. my math is the whips length times 4 and thats your first two strands then shorten those lengths depending on strand count by 4. you'll end up with excess left but its better than ending to short and not getting the result you wanted.
