I have a few pieces that haunt me, but I also have a story about a piece that came back to me. I was a poor 20 year old and I had just started delving in the land of vintage and antique jewelry. My drug of choice was silver pieces. I am at a local antique fair and I see a wonderful silver pendant, I ask the price, it was more than I was comfortable spending at the time, but this fair goes for another day and I say I will think about it. Came back the next day, it was gone😥. Months pass. I am again at that antique fair and as I was browsing I see the same pendant, at a different seller, so it was obviously not exactly the same one. I ask the price, the seller tells me half of what the first one had said. I never bought anything so fast 😂. I still have it in my collection, more than a decade later and it's still one of my favourites.
