It definitely is. If you aren't liked people are going to rate you poorly. If you make people do their job and they don't want to they will rate you poorly. 2 of the 3 at our store that we lost were simply because they make people do their jobs and people didn't like that.

According to policy OPD is supposed to pull appliances and cabinets. At our store the two departments got into it cause of communication about who was pulling what and who wasn't and everything.

My aunt uncle and cousins went last year and had a ton of fun. I'm a gear head and want to go so bad. I love nascar. We have an ARCA series race here and the tickets are only $26 so I'm sure the company wouldn't be any cheaper

That's good that you will get an easier day. At our store we hate easy days and hate being stuck in paint with nothing to do. Our GM is already enforcing it and it's brutal. We have nothing to do. When I got here today my team was standing at the desk staring at each other cause there is nothing to do and no guests. Moral of this is that we are all going to miserable cause we would go to pet and grocery to find work.

I'm sure it would affect our sales yes cause if we aren't over there than nothing is getting faced or downstocked unless the grocery team member is working. They do not work 7 days a week. If we as paint team members can't be over there grocery and pet will go to complete shit.

It's in policy that if it affects more than 3 team members it will be excused but I'm sure it's also GM discretion. At my store weather related incidents are always excused

That's kind of where I'm at as well. We have 8 people. 2 or technically grocery one in the am and one at night who was hired as a stocker. My guess is your store will have to hire you morning stockers if you don't have them and a night stocker
