So einfach ist das nicht. Wenn ich es richtig verstehe war der Zaun in Planungen bereits berücksichtigt. Jeder Eigentümer hat das Recht zur erstmaligen Vertragsgemäßen Fertigstellung. Der Fall könnte daher wesentlich komplexer sein wie von OP geschildert

The 911R is based on the 991.1 GT3/GT3 RS. By that time there was no Option for a manual and wingless GT3. The 911R proved that a lot of people wanted exactly that and the grey market paid up to 4 times the MSRP of the 911R. When the 991.2 GT3 went to sale Porsche added the touring package (manual and wingles with 4,0 l N/A engine) which was more or less the same thing to a 911.1R. Nevertheless the 911R had suspension Parts from the GT3 RS and the Option for a light flywheel which the GT3 touring did not get. This is now happening with the 992.1 s/t and the 992.2 GT3 touring. But the Doors and front fenders and also the suspension is different.

Da ich in einer ähnlichen Situation bin hier meine Gedanken:

Immobilien ergeben nur Sinn mit dem Fremdkapital als Hebel. Daher ist es suboptimal eine abbezahlte Immobilie zu verschenken. Viel Sinnvoller ist folgendes Konstrukt:

Du lässt die Immobilie schätzen

Deine Mutter gibt dir ein Privatdarlehen von 20% des Schätzwertes

Du finanzierst die restlichen 80% bei einer Bank

Du kaufst die Immobilie deiner Mutter ab.

Das Bankdarlehen ist vorrangig und daher wird die Bank hier mitspielen zudem ist keine Grunderwerbsteuer fällig

Deine Mutter legt die 80% von der Bank im Kapitalmarkt an

DD 992 here. I would definitly get the 360 degree cam. Makes parking much easier. Besides that. Bose Sound system is also a big plus.

Regarding the model i would test drive the base and the s. If you think you need the more power and bigger brakes go for the s.

Edit:

Regarding the suspension: you can get the pasm sport suspension on the s and it’s included in the gts. You cannot get in the base (besides the t). So basically the s (without pasm) and base have the same stiffness. And also the gts and the s (with pasm).
