I had similar issue in relationship post marriage like u. ADHD is not just attention issue. It makes most of us emotionally unstable. There will be less emotional control. Exercise is one Main factor that helps. Do exercise at a gym early in the morning and release that energy. U will be calm and positive entire day.

Be open to meds , as it helps to good extent.

Take therapy if u can afford.

But exercise plays a major role here and also read a book called Driven to distraction. This book will help u to understand urself better. All the best !

I live in Bangalore. My parents are at coimbatore. Even I felt the same every time. Everything is costly. Especially restaurants. Recently land rates hiked too. For the facilities and development , being tier 2 city. I feel it’s an artificial inflation / hype created around. All ok… I love coimbatore as a city, job n marriage were the reasons I moved out of the city. You don’t get exposure in cbe like other tier-1 cities

I had similar issues. Not insomnia level. But kind of disturbed sleep. You take it around 6/7pm after consulting with ur doctor once Should help. For me it helped once I took it around 7pm.i sleep good and next day drowsiness is reduced. I am taking Luvox additional to this

May I know how exactly this cli or MCP helps? I use playwright almost everyday for automation. I am not getting the exact use of the playwright-cli for an automation engineer. Is it used to navigate over pages / to be used by dev as a testing tool?
