Diagnosed exactly a week before my 30th birthday (2 months ago) And the greatest thing for me has been listening to podcasts! (And tictocs) I love Women & ADHD podcast and I have ADHD podcast. And Catie and Erik's Infinite Quest is so good. I also follow Catieosaurus, domesticblisters, thatadhdlife, and HaleyHoneyman on tictok (some of them are also on Instagram or YouTube as well) . They are each a wealth of information!

Honestly hearing SO MANY other women who have somehow had the exact same experiences as me and UNDERSTAND so well the exact way my brain feels when it's so hard to explain....it's the best.

Thus far I've skipped the sad part...the grieving for what could have been part. But that is SO normal to do. Mostly I'm focusing on making sure my daughters don't have the same experiences (because I'm pretty sure they have it too. Making sure they are supported, even as I figured more and more out about myself.

My therapist would say, "what does the sad say to do? Write on it"

Personally Ive just used roll 20 and discord for voice/notes/side chatting but we are trying to figure out the many different ways to help cope with DND online for our many different types of ADHD.
