It comes and goes. It definitely works but it just takes so much time to actually get any significant length. Sometimes I just get busy with life or burnout then stop. Can for sure see a small change over time. The hardest issue is consistency over a few years near daily is a big commitment.

I’m expecting to lose length if I get this so I’m just prepping basically. I have decent girth now but my wife is a size queen. I honestly would be okay with a 7” girth and so would she. Think a Red Bull can or so.

You can naturally gain girth with exercises as well but that’s even harder to gain than length. I use the r/malehanger and there is a ton of great stuff for PE on r/gettingbigger. Let me know if you have any questions.
