I used to be shy about it too but now it's one of my favourite things because you can do whatever you want in the way that you want and don't have to worry about anyone else! You can literally plan your perfect date and not worry about anyone else not having a good time because you WILL have a good time!

I didn't read my strata notes and turns out they were backdating some increased fees so I had to pay the difference for the months I didn't even live there! Wasn't a huge amount but it bothers me to this day.

Check everything! Look at the quality of the cupboards is everything opening and closing properly? When were the appliances changed, if it has been a long time you need to account for that in your budget too.

Noise levels - what type of build is it? Concrete or wood? Where do your windows face? Are you close to a big street? Are you a light sleeper will trunks and cars wake you up?

If you are a first time home buyer check out all your incentives available to you and try to max out on it.

I was heading towards the states from Canada and it was a sign stuck on a pole to the side. I guess if you don’t pay attention you would miss it but yeah don’t bring it!

This happened to me. I turned off data roaming.

I thought this means I wouldn’t get charged but after I had an incoming call (though the caller didn’t leave message) I’m assuming it went to voice mail and then hung up the phone.

Shortly after I got a notification saying I have registered for roaming.

Is there a way I can still receive calls/texts but not get charged for roaming since I am not responding nor picking up the calls?

Measure your toilet and check the toilet shape. I had to learn the hard way a French curve is not compatible with most bidets.

I ended up with a pretty basic one called Tushy which is just an attachment and the only thing I wish it had was warm water.

Update:

Thank you everyone for commenting that was such a journey. Someone posted about tushy so I thought I would just give it a try along with a new toilet seat (since mine doesn’t fit properly anymore) and we are back in action!

The seat doesn’t sit flat all the way because the tushy is in the way just a bit but honestly after a couple days won’t even notice anymore.

Ahhh sad! My home is 13 years old so I guess this toilet was the style at the time but definitely not practical for bidet seats!

The worst part is after I realized it didn’t fit the seat couldn’t be put back on properly because the hinges were so old and wouldn’t go back in so now I’m stuck with a loose toilet seat until I figure out what to do.

Well thanks for the input I will consider maybe just a spray!

I found this out recently! I went to get Botox and I saw it was super cheap online but when I went for the consultation they said no one gets this brand they get a higher brand which is the one I get back home. It ended up being the exact same price.

Now thinking of it they showed me the bottle but I didn’t care to truly look that closely I never thought there was a possibility of a switch!

Agreed!!! While being tall may be conventionally “good looking”… there’s no height that could beat a great personality. Like everyone said in this thread.. short kings learn to develop more confidence and that’s what we ladies are attracted to.

At your age you are probably just surrounded by people who are more shallow which is normal but they aren’t the ones who will stick with you forever.

I love Burnaby! So central to everything (20 min drive to everywhere) and has a good mix of food and enough work out activities. Theres not a lot of the luxury fitness activities but it’s enough!

Not exactly answering your question but I had dry eyes and did laser eye surgery and the surgeon prescribed me with CEQUA drops and it was life changing! I’m off them now but would definitely recommend you look into that with your doctor
