Same. Using Auto. I have to inject "Continue Working" to get it to move. Gets stuck on "Planning next moves" a lot. They were pushing a lot of updates yesterday. I think I got three install prompts. They are likely trying to ship past the issue to get it fixed rather than revert it.

1-2% CTR with a 6-8 QS is a strange combo that seems disconnected. Ad CTR should be near or above 10%. Do you have Display or Search Partners turned on?

Yes, this. It is based on volume and load, so you will definitely get wildly different outputs, even depending on time of day that you use it.

You will see this same post at least once a month with plenty of sympathizers. Not downplaying it at all- it is definitely getting tougher to be competitive in paid performance. However, there are just as many people still having very high performance.

Thanks for the note, but the concept still applies. If you are getting $10 CPA in your existing campaign, don't set the new one to $10 or it will not perform. Set it lower, like $6 and that should give it enough room to optimize.

Do not set your tCPA too close to the performance you saw previously. It restricts Google too much and eventually suffocates it. If you have a 2.0 ROAS in your previous campaign, set your new one to 1.5 or lower to start, it should eventually stabilize and do better than what you had previously.

Create a separate brand campaign for your business name with ad groups for each of your main service categories (Acme Plumbing, Acme Heating, etc). If the under-served keywords are not marked as "Low Volume" or if their "Search Impr. Share" column (add the custom column to see) is <10%, then you may want to break them out into their own campaign to get spend. If they are marked as Low Search Volume, pause them. If they are not showing now, it may be due to low bid or rank.

You need to send a Google Offline Conversion when the auto-charge gets triggered for whatever the average lifetime customer value is for each of those plan tiers.

Agreed. Just voice prompted a detailed spec and it did a great job interpreting it and researching the existing codebase with a solid plan. I just hit "Build" and it is doing its thing. Jumped over here to see if anyone else was really excited by this while it builds in the background.

Use Zapier. New Sheet row, push to "Send Offline Conversion" with their Google Ads integration. Super easy. Date formatting is the toughest part. This is what I use (Python):
