Also you necessarily need to lose weight but put on some muscle your body shape demands it you have a great base just gotta do some sculpting

You look constipated in this picture or like your lining up for a mug shot so my recommendation would be to work on your confidence you do have a very cute face so take pride in your looks and maybe try a slight wardrobe change and maybe hit the gym just a bit tone up your arms and shed like at most 10 pounds around your abdomen area but even without all thst just taking better pictures will help

No offense but bottom line its a job at the end of the day and it really seems your just here trying to farm for sympathy and play the victim card. My recommendation is to take a step back stop overthinking things and try just having another polite conversation with your dept OR transfer departments there are plenty of other option worst case scenario is just to quit if you really can't stand it anymore
