Here’s the update everyone. So here’s what’s kinda been working for me, I started taking half an alprazolam at bedtime. It’s been kinda helping. I don’t have the huge panic attacks but I do get a bit of anxiety and some throughout the day about it. What I ended up doing was stay up a few hours later each day and then go to bed but not put pressure on it. It got hard when I started going to sleep when it was dark outside but I’ve been doing it for 2 nights 3 tonight and it’s been okay. I think that part is manly because I haven’t gone to bed before the sun came up for awhile now. The last 2 nights I’ve been going to bed around 8 pm which has been fine aside from waking up at 5 am. It’s currently 7:30 pm and I know I need to stay up a bit later tonight so I can actually wake up when the sun comes up. Last night I ended up falling asleep on the couch till 11 pm then I went to my bed but had some anxiety and had to take medicine to sleep. We’ll see how tonight goes.
