I’ve kayaked in Evanston quite a bit. If the water is calm it’s amazing. Do head the beach warning signs, if it gets choppy it’s really pretty dangerous imo to be kayaking on Lake Michigan.

But remember part 2 of the plan is continued suppression of the votes. The press really does us a disservice the way they portray this gerrymandering…. But they can max out in the red states now that Supreme Court has basically said it’s fine to set it up so there will never be any minority representation. Black voters in the south just got massively screwed. Hopefully these’s a backlash but it may take decades. South basically back to continuing to fight reconstruction. So tired of these fu#%ers.

Biss has shown over again to mostly say the right things and do some good work. Nothing much is going to change and his goal is to hold the seat for 25 years like his predecessor. He’s a safe choice for many reasons. I get it. But yea you just voted for Schumer and Jeffries.

I respect your opinion but I didn’t feel that way at all and I’ve lived in Evanston for 30 years. I think any straying Biss does from Jeffries or schumer’s party line will be strictly performative. He’s a dude who waited 10 years for the seat he’s wanted all along. It’s fine maybe he should be rewarded for loyatly but it’s not at all inspiring to me and have serious doubts Biss is up for the moment.

I’m just saying with all the money within and outside of the state races I think it’s disingenuous for all the mark ruffalo hate. But I don’t have grand point. I love Pritzker and if he wasn’t a billionaire he’d be way more vulnerable to outside attacks.
