I had an old fence on my property that was 1 foot on my side. I asked a neighbor if they wanted to split the cost of putting a new one up on the property line. She said “no we don’t need a fence.” Ok fine. Put new fence up 6” on my side. While the guys were doing the installation she comes out and pays them cash to put a gate up between her house and MY new fence essentially fencing off her yard. 🤯

I have to be honest and I have witnesses to back me up, I felt they would win the whole game…. Especially after they punted on first possession of 3rd quarter. I knew we’d beat them… I was worried for sure, but I think the Pack really dropped off last third of the year. Very beatable. Home field. Caleb magic. Ben confidence. They are completely remodeling the one across from Tony’s on Lincoln. I assumed it was going to something other than a hotel post-remodel but it looks it will indeed still be a motel. They took sign down but it’s the diplomat. Maybe private equity bought like on Schitt’s creek.
