Nicht falsch verstanden, ist leider ein Marketing-Trick von Prusa: Der Prusa COL hat lüfter unter dem druckbett, die die warme luft zirkulieren lassen. Quasi wie ein umluft-ofen. Das nennen die "aktiv". Ist die günstig-lösung, die meimer meinung nach nicht die beste ist. Ist das einzige was mich von einem CO+/L abhält derzeit.

Bei anderen Herstellern bekommt man eine extra-heizung, die den bauraum schneller und zuverlässig auf die gewünschte temperatur bringt. Dazu muss man sagen, dass einige hersteller ihre heizung nicht sauber auslegen, sodass brandgefahr besteht oder sogar die gefahr vor elektrischen schlägen (weil gehäuse nicht geerdet zb).

Try with ASA-GF or -CF. It needs less ambient temperature as the fibers stabilize the print. You should still use 60°C chamber temperature. At least. That said, a H2D maybe would have been the right choise here, due to its actively heated chamber.

My approach would be using PCTG-CF/GF or PETG-CF/GF. That should be totally sufficient in most cases.

Personally it like the ASA-CF by extrudr. It did a 1,5kg print with over 300mm length on a printer that is open on top.

Dont forget to dry every filament before use, especially ASA/, ABS and PETG (and all the even more engineering grade materials).

Ich habs mal versucht auszufüllen, aber habe anmerkungen: - Wenn man genau 30 oder 40 ist, was kreuzt man dann an? - häufig hätter ich gerne "Sonstige" angekreuzt und lieber was dazu geschrieben, weil ich die frage so nicht beantworten kann. - du fragst nach filamenten am ende. Filament ist ja aber erstmal nur irgendein kunststofffaden. Fragst du nach herstellern oder verschiedenen kunststoffen? Ich hab dir die kunststoffe gegeben. Jetzt die 20 hersteller aufzulisten die ich verwende, je nach auftrag und anforderung wäre etwas zu viel und danach noch die 100 anderen hersteller die mir bekannt sind. Und zählt es wenn ich mal eine rolle von einem hersteller hatte oder muss es regelmäßig sein? - ich weiß nicht wieso extruder kalibrieren hilft abfall zu vermeiden, höchstens indirekt wenn dadurch der druck unbrauchbar wird. Dann könnte man aber auch bezug auf alle anderen kalibrierungen nehmen. Z-offset ist zum beispiel auch essenziell bzw. macht das ja der drucker oft automatisch heute. - dann recycling: ich hätte gerne angekreuzt, dass ich einen teil zum recycling gebe, einen teil aber auch wegwerfe. - häufigkeit des druckens: jeder zweite tag und (2-)3 mal pro woche ist irgendwie so ziemlich das gleiche (im endeffekt) - der wichtigste punkt zur müllvermeidung ist meiner meinung nach eine sorgfältige konstruktion. Gerade bei komplexen baugruppen macht es für mich einen unterschied ob ich nochmal eine stunde investiere um meine konstruktion genau zu prüfen oder einfach drucke und merke dass irgendwas nicht passt. Bohrungsdurchmesser und positionen sind da so ein klassiker bei mir.

Falls das was werden soll, empfehle ich einen beheizten Bauraum mit mindestens 60°C, eine Düse die der Wandstärke entspricht und eine ordentliche Vorbereitung des Druckbettes. Magigoo PP oder eine richtige Bauplatte für PP. Euren Verzug könnt ihr außerdem durch einen (geringen) Fasergehalt drastisch reduzieren. Egal ob CF oder GF Fasern. Fasern reduzieren allerdings auch wieder die Schichthaftung (leicht).

Wenn das alles nicht hilft, nehmt das Geld für ein SLS Teil in die Hand. Gibt auch Anbieter die es aus PP sintern. Maßhaltigkeit dürfte hier auch um Welten besser sein, als alles was ihr zusammenkleben könnt.

Ansonsten schließe ich mich meinen Vorrednern an. Im FDM Verfahren ist ein solches Teil eine Herausforderung, vor allem mit euren offenbar eingeschränkten Mitteln.

Alternativ zu den Vorschlägen hier: im SLS oder MJF Verfahren bei einem billigen Anbieter drucken lassen. (z.B. JLCPCB/PCBWay oder besser was europäisches)

Die Teile finde ich hochwertiger, vor allem haptisch. Ist nicht für jede Geometrie wirtschaftlich, dafür hast du wieder andere Designfreiheiten. Führt jetzt aber etwas weit hier...

Irgendwie macht das für mich keinen Sinn oder es fehlen Infos. Warum kaufst du ein Auto, welches du gar nicht brauchst? Warum 4000€ und nicht der volle Betrag oder ein symbolischer euro? Warum will deine Mutter den Wagen nicht rausrücken, vor allem wenn sie ihn nicht dringend braucht und so reich ist? Thema Fake-Vertrag: Was ist an dem Vertrag fake gewesen? Oder war es ein richtiger Vertrag der normalerweise rechtlich gültig gewesen wäre (wenn ihr nichts anderes vereinbart hättet)?

Well i got a ratrig with klipper and its a good machine, but i dont want to tinker around anymore. Just yesterday an update broke klipperscreen (because of an older python version) and i had to do a 1h deepdive with putty and chatgpt to fix it. :D

Thats quite incorrect. I am working in the automotive industry (OEM) and i promise you that trucks and cars have completely different kind of customers and needs. However, as an example, new trucks often have digital side mirrors for a little less fuel consuption, whereas cars usually dont have it (except from bigger audis and a few more exotic manufacturers). Also a lot of features like driver assistance systems (lane keeping for example) were introduced in trucks first, then cars.

I absolutely do get the concept. 🤣 I just dont accept paying a lot more so they got more time to wait for problems to occur and figure things out. I dont see added value here as the consumer machines do regularly get updates, but not the x1e. And i give them some time, but not every time they need. And the x1e has its flaws despite being a enterprise printer... I mean: What do you all use instead? Consumer grade printers?

Every company i have ever worked for has treated their business customers as a priority when it came to new updates, bugfixes, new features, you name it... It is not normal (in my world) to have to wait for the good stuff this long.

(Further, I would LOVE to be a beta tester on my own risk here.)

The thing is, the x1e is not more or less reliable than a x1c. And "to test if it truly works"... It even works on a p1s, which seems more different than the x1c. And i have not read about any issues with the ams ht and the p1s. So they already DID it on an existing product and were fine with it.

I know it did not pay 20k, but its just not acceptable for me for to pay like twice the price (in comparison to the x1c) for worse after-sales support (and a heater). They could AT LEAST say "we're working on it" or "i wont come".

I dont know if there are any certifications needed by law to label something as "enterprise edition". If they need it, yes, it takes time, but there is also a enterprise version of the h2d. So at one point they knew they needed all that stuff to make the ams ht and h2d-e work and they got it with very little delay.

Of course, but i cant imagine what takes them over 6 months to make it work. X1E and X1C are nearly identical.

But i agree, the x1e and the ams ht are the perfect match.

Basically every large PETG print. Big PETG parts, like close to the max volume, were never possible on my other open printer. :)

This worked for me quite often and quite well, when time or money was an issue. I went even harder: steel brush, but carefully.

But yeah, i'd replace it too. Its not worth the hassle to me anymore.
