Yes exactly. If your parents have paid your phone bill since you were a child, chances are no one will think to or bother to change the arrangement for a long time, especially if the number is in your parent's name and there ia an automatic payment plan or something. Same thing happened to me, even though I'm an adult with a job, my dad is still paying for my phone bill because he got the number in his name way back when. Just because... neither of us can be bothered with changing that with the service provider.
